Unroll your mat and help homeless pets at the same time. Join us at GMHS for a family-friendly yoga session where kids and adults can move, stretch, and relax together while supporting compassionate care for animals in our community.
Your registration helps GMHS provide shelter, medical care, and second chances to dogs and cats waiting for a home. Come as you are—no experience needed, just a willingness to breathe, move, and care.
